So our basement is finally dry. Here in Belmont it was the wettest month on record. Our basement flooded once, and threated again last week, too. Now as the temperature is over 70, the basement has dried out. The previous sump pump is no more, as it burned out. The new one is working well.
We'll see what April Showers there are in store!
